Stats for Sales works fine and for Downloads they have got some bug which dont count properly

About Payout: They have already answered many times that their Paypal got limited and when it resolved, you will get paid during working days..

If you still have problem then Post your ID and PM to author ... Otherwise cursing/cries will not help..
