i was thinking to start this filehost,but whats the assurance they will pay?maybe they are just fooling around,its really stupid to say that they got all funds from paypal so they cant pay as what do you think they will cash out from paypal and then credit alertpay and pay you with that,this is no way of doing business you must pay the uploaders if you want them working for you,seems SCAM to me for SURE

even i'd like to know that list but there is no such list,i saw DF thread,they are banning account on requesting payout,hotfile already is doing that,leaves netload which pays really low
