my friend has registered new account, he uploaded some files, when the affiliate program will resume, will he be paid for the downloads of his uploaded files, which he upload now or he will have to upload new files to get downloaded???

what about the change in your storage policy? you said you will change it a week ago, I started to use extabit nearly a month ago and my backups are going to be deleted because they are not public, what should i do? I can't reupload it with the current speed.
