This frozen about stast update every day. (today day finish next days stats start).

And Every day this frozen start

00:00 - 02:00 (UTC+02:00)
Or I say this with this forum time
02:00 - 04:00 (GMT +4)

Every day stast ready for next day. And Why ask you every day "Why frozen?, Fix please".

Are you IDIOT. Why not look this. This is NOT TECNİCAL PROBLEM. This is only stats update. and you MUST see this EVERY DAY on END OF THE DAY.

Mind to tell me the cause of states being frozen for whole days .. if you can't then you should remove 2 IDIOTIC lines and keep quite until you gather more authentic information...

people are used to see stats are refresh per hour or per 30 min
Updating once or twice in a day is not common for uploaders here.
But admins must inform us about it. This may stop peoples yelling.

Na.. i dont care about update timing ... I always get sales after 4 to 6 hours later of my post time..

But its unusual if Sales count stays 0,,

Yesterday Jennifer said its fixed but apparently its not.. So I'm waiting for staff response over this issue.
