Thanks for this important info. That shouldnt stop them answering their emails, Ive been waiting for a reply to the ones I sent them for 3 weeks now about this and still nothing. Their service is terrible all round.

aggregating statistics, don't panic, check your stats in 1 hour & you will see that it is ok.
