What is the max file size we can upload if we are premium

8 Gb

what is the total space we get for storage as premium

For premium users the storage space for active files is unlimited,for inactive files-100 gb

Does our files live forever if we are premium

Your active files are stored as long as you have a premium account,inactive files are deleted in 30 days.

Are their any chances of getting Alertpay back

Can't tell you that.We don't know

That's bad news and might be the effect of drop in download counts. I noticed it too.
