No pay table rate depends on sales vs downloads, you can got to 1/1000 if you dont sell premium. However i went from 2.9/1000 to 13/1000 every file after making 4-5 sales in 3 days

Statistics is not frozen.The system counts the sales and rebills correctly.If there is no money for rebills-then there is no re-subscription
