Where can I choose the affiliate plan 1, 2 or 3?
There is no option. And also no option for choosing the payout service.
Did they stop affiliate program?

We're not planning to add Moneybookers or payoneer.Alertpay have closed our account.Webmoney,paypal and Bank Wire are avaliable for the payout.
