upload via web / z-o-o-m is currently slow / dead

I think its adjustable for uploaders


they can bear slow uploading speed but giving fast downloads for downloaders will give better business..

and thats just temporarily so be patient guys..

But this message appears too, when the file was corrupted due to the server crash 2 weeks ago

Everyday from 21:00 GMT till 23:00 stats are recalculating.
Check the stats after this time to see correct numbers.
