If the files uploaded keep remaning unavailable this much long, we're going to lose more and more downloads. As a result sales of course.

Nope, stats counts sales/downloads fine.

FTP upload is working for me but speed quite slow

Newly uploaded files today using ftp are unavailable for downloaders for almost the whole day today..
