stats ıs frozen and my files dont work. one hour

i think there is a problem with stats of newly uploaded files ! They're not updated in real time (on time) ,for example i uploaded and published some files 3 hours ago ,and they still show me zero downloads while my old files stats are updated regularly. Even i myself downloaded these new files via different ip address,but still show me zero !!
People leave "thank u " comments , but still zero !!
Extabit please fix this issue .
