Wait few hours and remote upload will work

If only u31 server work for upload so speed must be slow.( 100-150 kB/s )

we need to wait until he come and fix this issues.

If he is on trip I think he have access to internet and can fix it.
Also extabit have 2 admins here,not 1 only.

After last week servers upgrades nothing is better.
Is worse .
