If my files were deleted, due to inactivity (like rapidshare), I won't be worried.

But it was stated "due to copyright infringement". That's why I'm worried.

B'cos, recently I received a bunch of similar emails from deposit files, and after three days, deposit files says, my account has been terminated.

If extabit won't do the same, then I'm sooo

You won't be banned unless you upload illegal stuff like CP, etc
"Update" was banned because he caused half day downtime on extabit few week ago as I remember.
