how to set default themes in VB 4.x.x

i actually got interested in VB4 i had installed new theme but i dont know how to make it default such that if any new guest comes he can view that theme by default

ACP --> vBulletin Options --> Style and Language Settings

Elaborately-->
First upload a .xml file from the Account Control Pannel for the style u want, thn go to ACP-->Settings-->options--->Style & Language Settings
there change the Default Style setting.
