Sharpleech 1.0.0 help

I downloaded Sharpleech 1.0.0 from here, from this thread:

Used it once, worked great. But after I closed it, I can't open it again. Whenever I try, I get an error message saying
"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item"
I remember, I had forgotten to logout the accounts from Sharpleech before closing its window. Am I getting this message because of that?
