I bought hosting from nulledhost and it ran away. Then I bought from wrzhost and I didn't like it for some problems. And now hostnulled is another big problem.

I need a stable host , 99.99% uptime needed. BUDGET - $1-3

I am thinking to try out rapidleechhost or either photonservers.com

Any one know which one should I go for ?
