Of course FS will not fail, because uploaders flock to them because of their high rates.

They will eventual fail if:

- technical problems like RU, slow site access occur for a prolonged time
- they start to fail on their payments
- they lower their rates without giving more incentives than other filehosts.

Why can't you just take some patience DEVIL? Ok, he's new but he posted non sense yes but you said you're helpful nature kind of person yet you just posted a complaint or reporting thread. What kind of helpful nature kind of person is this? Well, I'm not taking sides as I don't care.

To be honest, I haven't see a filehosting as feature rich as FileServe before but right now they really need to improve their networks to give us better speeds. So be kind as they're new. It's like watching an adult and 5 year old kid fighting ffs.
