I am using IPB3 on my board www.ferbourtoi.info

I got this banner issue, last time a friend helped me out in fixing it. He somehow add the banner and automatically resized it in the css styles.

I am trying to do the same thing for the new banner but doesn't seem to work, If anyone knows something about this issues please help me out.
