Both are looking equally ugly, tbh. If you ask for the better one i would say the second.

I knew botha re ugly thats why I asked which of these is better and not good.

BTW why dont you come over to flash if you really want to animate things
I can Guide you in Getting Started with Flash its very easy and 1000 times Cool than PS (for creating animations).

I will contact you soon if needed.
But I like animated images because they don't need any Flash Player or so.

And I think i should learn this too and will learn Flash too.
