Remove 60 second limit

Please remove the 60 second report time limit..
It's kinda annoying that I have to wait 60 seconds before I can report some crappy posts..

What do you guys think about this limit?

Should it be as it is? Removed? Or even more time added to it?

Maybe reduce it to 20 seconds. Don't remove it completely though.

60 second limit is low enough considering the amount of reports coming in some days. And most are useless reports too.

Anyway, reports piling in means that somebody is not doing their job...

Or it means that people are reporting things that shouldn't be reported. I'm sure they get a lot of stupid reports that are just people wanting to get someone they don't like in trouble.
