Automated Link Exchange System

I have been working on a system where basically you sign up, with your sites information Title, href, link title and add code to your site. All the traffic you send gets measured into the network.

And this causes your link to display all over the network sites to return the traffic to your site.

Any suggestions? How many people would be interested in using this system? 100% free of course.

It will be able to fill in the footer link exchanges or header as you want. You will be able to choose how many links to display etc

Please give me feedback before i decide to and IF i will finish this system.

Generally speaking if i write it yes, you can put it anywhere u want, in any format you want, table, divs, spans, etc

It would be cool depending on how much traffic it would give back. It would also depend on the quality of the traffic.
