WTB: Simple Window VPS- Fast/Instant Activation

I'm urgently looking for a Window VPS. Specs doesn't need to be high as I'm not hosting any site. I'm trying to fix one of my server file using a program that works on window server. I'll get it for only 1 week. Budget below $14.

If you have, and can setup for me instantly, PM me.
I need full control over this VPS(just like normal linux vps) as it's urgent :/
