I'm not sure. PHPBB was meant to release a new version update which has a plugin hook system like what vbulletin and IPB have which would make installing mods about 3 million billion times easier. I though that would be released by now. Even MyBB have a plugin system.

I'll probably wait now for this to be released before making a PHPBB version as if I were to make a version now it won't be compatable with upgrades.
