Looking for a HTML/CSS/PHP guy

Hi,
A spot just opened up on our project,
We need a guy with solid html/css skills, I need you to be able to take a psd and code it in xhtml/css.

We also need someone with fairly decent php skills, we already have one dedicated php coder, but itd be good to give him some help.

For payment, you get equal shares in all money we make, and i've already got one client ready.

Also, this may turn into a long term thing if you want, as after this we are thinkin of creating a team, a website, etc etc.

By the way, the current members of the team are me, ineffable(a guy most of you won't know but hes a legend at php) and Maz

We need this position filled asap, so the first person who meets these criteria gets the job.

Oh and I forgot to say, we are making a CMS for small businesses and schools. And yes we already have one client so i can pretty much gaurantee you some money. If this all goes to plan, you should be making upwards of $500.

i can do html/css, but im not really interesting in becoming part of a team, but willing to do freelance work.

need someone that can also do php, and we can't pay you in advanced as we simple dont have enough money. if you do become part of the team, you're pretty much gaurateed a minimum of $100, most probably a lot more.
