Some help with a Flash Menu / Spiders

http://www.caps-asia.com/

As you can see the flash menu, its not readable by bots.
and this site relies heavily on its search ranking.

Now, I don't wanna screw up by adding the same menu text in the footer so bots can index, but would it be possible to add it hidden. so a bot can see but a user cannot...?

or any other suggestions...?
