In AdminCP go to RSS Feed Add new RSS feed

For Torrent News Fill Out Details I have Added TorrentFreak RSS for instance & Fill it in Username Box also select the forum where u want it to be posted

Feed URL : http://feed.torrentfreak.com/Torrentfreak/

I do the same on IPB, have newin and torrentfreak updates feeding in to the news forum.

To do it in IPB go to:
Admin > Forums > RSS Import > Click the small arrow next to "Enabled" > Create New RSS Import Stream
