Clean theme, do a few minor modifications to it.

Plugins: Ajax Comments, WordPress to Twitter, Related Posts, Google XML Sitemaps, AutoTagger.

Obvious: Content, favicon, logo, categories.

PS: I think your Disclaimer is pretty stupid by the way. Remove the PhotonServers button from the Disclaimer, it probably doesn't look good on them.

use one of these permalinks:

or

or

shorter url = better


@your theme, get a better one.
any wordpress theme will be good for seo, because its wordpress and google wp

if you want returning visitors and/or a good impression of your site you need a good skin.
