Hay.

- Your site seems to have some problems.. Loading slow, very slow..
- Why do you have two katz buttons? One in your header and one in your footer, its not necessary.
- Your title is boring. Add a slogan to it.
- You don't need 5 requests sections, it's enough with one section for the request and a subforum for completed requests.
- You need a favicon.
- This is painful
You should change the color.
- Change to Trial Moderator or you can just delete the whole group. It's not needed to have it.
- Change to Global Moderator..
- You should definately work on your community and try to get some active members that can help you out in those section.. Not good, not good..!
- <- It looks like it's "UploaderWP", the W can be improved.

thanks for the reply i have selected this name because i am uploader in many forum so i use uploaderw name and about trail mod it just a because i can test any member before giving him mod or above rank And The Logo He Draw the logo so it looks like it and this new forum and every forum have not become great in 1 month it take them 1 year so after 1 year u will see i will improve alot

You can just watch them and follow them and see what they do, and you will save some time not have to change his group all the time
