Disk Space: 10-15Gb
RAM: 512Mb
Bandwidth: 1.5 - 2 Tb
Price: not higher than $35 per month

I previously used ArDown's service but all slots are full.

im so sorry mate, I asked my friend again so corrected the price.
btw, port 1Gbps is shared between users, also Im using it too, this is a screenshot from my micro torrent webgui, this the best speed I got from IPT torrent today morning:

You can check speed in this pic:

for example download speed form megashare links will hit 8-9 MB/s in less than 10 seconds (using fdm)
