Zend server won't be included here as it is a competitor product that has similar functionality. Also it is copyrighted by Zend Technologies and I don't think their EULA allows me to repack it anyway. Plus it comes with closed source versions of php and their extensions.

Since Zend Technologies also dropped thread-safe php windows support in their Zend Loader thing starting from PHP 5.3 I see no reason to use their products at all.
