Having Problem while installinf Windows XP

Hi guys i am having a problem while installing Windows XP....

Firstly i tried it to ma SATA Drive on which i m running Windows 7
Got an error

Then i tried to ma ATA drive and still getting an error


I clicked a shot

Please see and tell me wat can i do???

May be the cd u have is not with SATA drivers, or the cd is corrupt with missing drivers and stuff.

I suggest get a new iso and burn it onto a cd or get a genuine copy

i was installing with the same Disc before....

Ill try with a new copy...

Its not the SATA driver, if it were then you wouldnt be able to see your HD when you select the drive to install it on.

Try putting the HD through the chkdisk /F check - you might have unmarked bad clusters.

@ Jay oh yeah forgot that lool.

Well the other thing also could be the hardware installed, try removing other hardwares that are in the cpu like external sound drivers, external modems and stuff that can also be conflicting..

maybe your HD is broke lol?

i used to get these errors when the CD is corrupt
try to use a fresh disk
