Hawk sorry, its ment to remove the form (designer removed some of the code) if you have completed the offer today and hence your result wasnt stored in the database.

Im fixing that bug now, sorry. People seeing the mysql_numrows thing is me trying to fix this without taking the site offline.
EDIT: Fixed.

Just a FYI the win notification is generated by !rand(0,9)

@Royal King: Not sure what the problem is but thats handled by CPALead if you really cant solve it I can try and tell them.

Survey appears when you open the page, depending on your country to what surveys are available.

Unless you have cheated already, in which case we wont get the post back from CPALead and you don't receive your prize.
