As stated in our conversation, Rapidleach would not work well on a RDP (Windows server).

We can give you either a Linux (No RDP but able to use Rapidleach) or a Windows one (with RDP but no rapidleach)

well, upload using File & Image Uploader.. simple.. and install WinRAR urself cause u have required permissions in a vps..
