the portal must be very EASY!

That doesnt look like a CMS, it just looks like a single coded html page.

If thats all you want, find a skin somewhere (themeforest, etc) - you can get them real cheap, or get someone to code you one - but again - ur going to need a skin.

If you want one as simple as that spirit page ill throw u one together for free. will take like 3 minutes.

no it's just an example for how EASY and SIMPLE it has to be. anyway I will find something, i hate to edit html/php pages everytime a new software update is available.
