How to change a domain name ?

I have currently 2 domain names with me say A and B
Domain A is not attached with any host but Domain B is attached with a host

But Now I wanna change my domain name and connect the cuurent host I am having with Domain A and also delete the Domain B connection with the current host.


Please help How to go about it

Ask your hosting provider and dont forget to change your nameserver domain to the new host.

BTW that is your own hosting or you pay for hosting ?

Change the nameservers of the domains from the domain control panel of the host in the following way :

ns1.thedomainofyourhost.com
ns2.thedomainofyourhost.com

And if you have the permission to add two domains on the server then goto cpanel> addon domains and then add the domain.

And the other domain you want to remove can be done by removing the nameservers of the domain.

Best thing to do would be to contact your provider and ask them for this and probably fastest.

You have cPanel installed? You can add it as an addon domain from cPanel

With any of the types of stuff like this you should always tell us what host at least. Kinda like saying "my car won't start" without telling us anything more.
