you should look into bandwidth balancing, im sure u can use shared hosts at godaddy.com to supply the videos, and your main server offshore to load the content. As long as the videos are being used at godaddy u can host them there. u cant use their hosting as a file dump.

because it is only bandwidth i need
but i do need it to be offshore for the fact of
some videos may not be suitable for USA hosting

basically u have videos on many different servers,

u can either copy all the videos on all servers, and then pick depending on which server bandwidth has the most, and stream the videos from there so like s1.immortalxx.com or s2.immortalxx.com

Also if you think of the p2p bittorrents work, it streams from 1 person to another then they both stream to the next and so on so fourth, until u have fast speeds.

You can do similar things, server 1 streams to server2, then server2 streams to 500 people until bandwidth is gone, then u switch to server3, and serve the next

There are also company that i cant remember the official term but they basically do this for you (but of course it will cost a bit more if u hire company)
