I would like to upgrade from SMF Forum to vB/phpbb

- How can i upgrade my SMF Forums to vB/phpbb?

- If the upgrade is successfull, how can i make a 301 redirect to redirect all SMF topics and boards to vB topics and Boards.please help me to convert smf to phpbb/VB..I will pay him if he helps me
