Need a VPS that works with Hotfile

Hey guys.

I need a VPS that works with Hotfile.

Needs to have about 500MB memory.
CPU usage needs to be somewhat limited.

Need about 2TB BW, with option of adding more if need be.
Will be used ONLY for downloading from HOTFILE for premium members of a premium link generator http://filedump.hd-dump.org

If the server gets blacklisted by Hotfile, I will no longer have any use for it and will cancel it.
