Sub Forums not showing

Hello Guys
i also made forums

but my SUB-Forums of forums categories are not showing

In 2nd picture. Sub forums are showing. in 1st picture. it isn;t

1st picture is of my forum . 2nd is of any other.

let me know what to do so my sub-forums can also be shown in Forum Homepage? Thanks
