How to make page on Facebook?

i cant upload any type of GIf, jpg, png picture on facebook
no response comes + when i add via album. it says Upload failed. Try again
after this when i click ok it says LOGIN

which type of page i have to create?
Community Page or Official pagee?

I assume you have 2 buttons in the images folder named fb.png and twitter.png.

you can put it as an ads (more easier and more manageable), it will work correctly

admincp >> under Advertising >> Add New Ads >> Select below navbar >>
