Style manager messed up!

So recently i think some admins pass was hacked on my forum (WarezXtremE.org). Not sure about it, but yeah.

some popups and shit was added (we have removed em now)

the only problem we have is our style manager is messed up
and it looks like this and we dont have accessibility to it like the normal ones
we cant upload/download skins. cant double click to edit templates and similar functions

is there any way to fix it?

things i tried to do:

1. Reupload all vb files
2. Fix/repair/optimize all tables
3. changing acp skin

Positive. And its not only me, other admins have the same problem.
