I know sniper as he is one of the Admins of superseedbox along with me and his paypal is blocked .

I know sniper didn't provide full 100% information regarding his services . Buyers need to study what the sellers are providing which all services they are able to provide according to your requirements.

Its a mistake made at both end ( Buyer/Seller) .

As Gaurav mentioned he is facing some problems. Just wait for his reply or move on with providers who will satisfy your needs.

But i have written a harsh mail to giga about your problem. and also asked them of refund is possible or not.

But 1 thing i have understood is that "giga-international" sucks...

But, AK, make sure you get the deal delivered first before closing the dispute. Once you close it, you can't open it again. We all know the practices of Mr. Sniper by now.

But I don't really understand why Sniper doesn't offer a refund. It's very simple, if you don't deliver the goodies satisfactory, a refund is always compulsory. In most deals there are two parties. One pays, the other delivers.

Obviously the customer paid, but you didn't deliver. So a refund is legally required. Something you can't exclude by a TOS which doesn't conform according to any law.

I paid you money to install a script, but you didn't do it, because your exams were obviously more important. Yet you refuse to refund the very small amount.

My stance still stands, be careful before you give business to Sniper.

Thts becoz VPS are from giga i have paid them.... and refund will be from My own pocket... and not giga..

NVM i have stopped reselling... hve bought couple of new ND servers....going to setup everythng again now...

hope this time i stand upto customers needs..
