Well the font is bad and also too big. I don't like the gradient on the rounded edge rectangles on the bottom, move the stripes to the bottom of mostly everything in your header or just rasterize it with the bg.

Make the navbars smaller and add the to the top, not too low down. Also make the boxs stick out with drop shadows and remove the little blue box at the bottom. Try something like this?
