Well the eXaltic Source Alpha (http://www.exaltic.com/product/source_alpha) is a much better theme than your attempt at a custom design. Site looks viewable now. The bad thing is your welcome message the icon is really bad and doesn't suit the skin find a new icon.

I really don't like inwarez's skin.
And for your skin...I would either round the headers of the thead...or try to blend it a little bit more, other than that I really like the skin.
