...embedding wont slow any shit

and the sound is a problem yeah :-S
well i think there should be a code in the embed to mute vid just like there are codes to add watermark

how would embedding a video not slow anything down? It needs to buffer doesn't it? o.O

^ It'll slow the user's connection down, yes. But idiot, it loads in an iframe, so it won't slow down that specific page itself.

it wont slow down the page, it will load on an iframe
