    I can vouch for m107's services.
    this VPS is extremely fast (20-30mbps) on USA servers,

    I don't know about why the others' rar/unrar slow but it seems fine for me while using a lower version of winrar.

    the support is good (all requests get fulfilled instantly and will never exceed 24 hours).

    btw. I have the 1gb ram plan =] thanks for the service mr. m107
