when i upload a file on FILESERVE,it takes lot of time to process...is there any problem or anything else??i cant wait too much for a file to get uploaded..

Nope, it sometimes takes me around 30 minutes to upload a file (using web upload) and the site itself is also horribly slow (takes 20+ seconds to load) and my earnings are 3x less now than last week

They grew very very fast with the whole rapidshare thing and being used a lot on wbb. They do not have the budget of a MU or HF. Give them time to catch up

Try uploading multiple files via FTP.
It will save you a lot of time
