What do you have planned for 2009?

Every year on my forum I'm creating a thread where I share my ideas and hopes for 2009 to make my forum more unique and better.

My question for you is; what do you have planned?
I'm not asking for 'being the best forum in the world' or 'reaching x amount of post,threads or members' but things you change in order to reach it

As always topicstarter goes first;

Short version:
* Expanding my graphic designers group and making more use of them; new banners, icons ect

* 2009 will be the year of prizes, on my RS account I have more than 100.000 points thus enough for 10x 1 month premium accounts

* Promoting PST alot more and I'll be submitting more than I do now and to more DLL's

* I've been neglecting the arcade so I'll add some new games and remove many boring games

* My forums has always been against cash generating image/filehosts, but that could change; we've came up with the idea to create a cash generating image section.

* I'm planning to create our own E-magazine; sharing pornstar news, pictures and articles.
But thats a long road; I'll need many,many designers and article writers plus I have to learn how to create PDFs

as i hav started over my site, my goal is to reach atleast 5K members by the end of 09. i plan to do this by submitting oodles of downloads to katz and such. Im also going to work on my search engine rankings. Im going to establish affiliations with larger forums. Lastly im going to post downloads with my sites url for the pass on alot bigger forums. Thats my plan, and hopefully i can also make money off my site too

I plan to start a couple more sites, earn some money, finish college and whatever else.

Starting an rapidshare downloader to the best members.
And an rapidshare uploader to the staff.

Change the ddl to the wcddl script, and running only whit whitelist.

And maby to the end of year see all my sites raised by cops :bloodlust:

My plan is to advertise a lot more now..
I am going to be getting a custom made design to give it a more unique look..
I am going to find some more moderators to get a stronger team of staff and same with uploaders..
As my site is new that is all I got so far.. I don't want to get to much in my head as i will never finish one..
