tmzhosting?

Does anyone here have any experience with tmzhosting?
I have an account with them over 1 year, and now they suspended my account and didn't got any message from them about the motive...

I created an ticket about 48h ago and they didnt reply yet.
Im really mad about this...

It is normal what is happening?
Why they suspended my account without give me any information? :/

Or they webhost got hacked?
When I try to send an email to their support I got this message:

i had a very very bad experience with tmzhosting. evert single month there server is down for like 5hrs and some times it happens 2-3 times. i was totallly pissed that time. worst is i paid them for a year and i was stuck. finally after a year i moved all my files.

to anyone never host with tmzhosting. there support and service is worst.

btw, does anyone know what this error means?

that's an issue caused by their billing system.
when people email them, it automatically creates a support ticket.

Possibly they are having an issue with the cron or the script that runs it.
