Hey common dude, you can still make a start.
16 is perfect age to start coding lolz
Learning C first is the main thing, if you clear all your concepts in C language then learning different languages will be very easy for you

Age doesn't have shit to do with someones ability to program.
I could have been programming at like 8 if I would have had the interest then.

I did not have Internet until 2008 because i live in the home below the mountains where the sheep graze.

In these 2 years using internet my life changed somehow because i started to earn money online and thats my only satisfaction
